The shipping costs you pay include admin, packaging and the postage cost of your order. However please note that international buyers are responsible for any import or customs handling fees when shipping anywhere outside of the UK. It is your responsibility to pay for these fees and something fully out of our control.

All purchases are aimed to be packaged and dispatched to you within 5 working days - please be aware this can take longer during busy periods. If you are in a rush and need your order faster please send an email to the studio and we are always happy to try to rush orders for a certain date.

Some prints including A2+ sizes and limited edition prints are printed to order. These prints may take an extra 5 working days on top of these time frames. Specified in the product pages of these items.

We unfortunately cannot be responsible for any items lost during shipping. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive package. If your address is incorrect and the parcel is sent back to us you will be liable to pay the extra cost to post your order back out to you again.

Please ensure you select tracked shipping option if you are concerned about items being lost in the post, it is very rare for items to be lost in the post however if your order is not trackable there is nothing that we can do. This service is also recommended for orders over £40.

If you would like to pick up your order from the Leeds based Studio you are more than welcome to! The studio is based in Leeds city centre just behind the train station so easy walking distance from the centre. There is also a place to pull up outside if travelling via car. If you would like to purchase via collection please use the code “StudioCollect’ at discount and this will give you free shipping. We can arrange your collection via email, I am reasonably flexible regarding collection times and if you need your order fast please just get in touch here.

Unfortunately since Brexit I am no longer able to ship to the EU via my website. If you would like to purchase my work and you are having it shipped to an EU country please visit my Etsy store. If there is an item listed on my site that does not feature on my Etsy (usually one off pieces are listed on my website) please get in touch, I can list a custom piece for you to purchase through Etsy.

I can ship to Australia & USA via the website, simple select your country at check out. Shipping starts from £22 for a tracked service, if you would like to discuss other shipping options please get in touch. Again as the customer you are liable for any customs and import fees that may be incurred.

Due to the handmade nature of my work unfortunately returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch asap and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
